Terms & Conditions

Before you book, please make sure you are happy with our terms and conditions, as booking a course with us indicates your acceptance.

Payment
Course places must be reserved by sending us a completed booking form and 50% of the course cost as deposit (or 100% if booking within 8 weeks of the start date). The remainder of your course fees must be paid a minimum of 8 weeks before the starting date of the course. If the balance is not paid by this date, we reserve the right to re-sell your course space without refunding your deposit. All prices are exempt from VAT.

Cancellation/date changes
All cancellations must be made in writing. If, after booking, you need to change the dates of your course, we will offer you alternative dates, as long as you notify us at least 8 weeks prior to the starting date of the course you have booked. In other circumstances, we may exercise our discretion.

If you need to cancel with more than 8 weeks notice to the starting date of the course, the balance of your course fee (less the deposit) will be refunded. If we need to cancel your course for any reason (other than for non-payment of the balance due), then we will issue a full refund of your course fee.

If you cancel with less than 8 weeks notice, we will only refund the balance of the fee (less the deposit) if we are able to re-sell the course space on your behalf. If we are unable to resell the course, the full course fee shall be charged.

Insurance
You should ensure you are fully insured for your course to cover all cancellation, search & rescue and medical emergencies, as well as equipment loss or theft. We are happy to advise on where to obtain appropriate insurance, if you require.
